What is coaching?

Coaching is a process where you partner with a trained professional to develop confidence, skills, and strategies to create the life you envision. A coach supports you as you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. 

Coaching is a partnership where we work together to help you discover your own path forward. Through meaningful conversations and structured guidance, coaching helps you tap into your inner wisdom, identify your strengths, and gain clarity about what truly matters to you. It's not about being told what to do—it's about having a dedicated ally who helps you uncover your own answers and develop the tools you need to reach your goals.

As your coach, I create a supportive space where you can explore possibilities, work through challenges, and build the confidence to take action. Whether you're seeking more purpose in your career, better mental wellbeing, or deeper life satisfaction, we'll work together to turn your aspirations into reality through practical steps and sustainable changes.

How coaching works

I coach using evidence-based methods to support people through self-awareness, growth, and change. Most of the time, someone works with a coach for 3-6 months.

  1. Free discovery call (30 minutes)
    We'll meet to discuss what's bringing you to coaching, see if we're a good fit, and answer any questions you have about working together.

  2. Welcome and goal setting (First Session)
    We'll dive deeper into your current situation, explore what matters most to you, and establish clear goals for our work together. Your goals could be related to your career, life direction, mental health, or addressing a specific challenge. 

  3. Regular coaching sessions
    We'll meet regularly (usually every 1-2 weeks) to explore challenges, develop strategies, and take action toward your goals. Each session builds on the last, helping you create sustainable change.

  4. Support between sessions
    You'll have access to email support and resources between our meetings to help you stay on track and work through any challenges that come up.

  5. Review and adjust
    We'll regularly check in on your progress, celebrate wins, and adjust our approach as needed to make sure you're getting the most from coaching.
